What is Kartel Fam?

Kartel Fam is a creative shop and community giving a second life to selected vintage and pre-loved fashion pieces, with a focus on Y2K and 90s aesthetics.

Are the products authentic?

Yes. Every item is checked before being listed. As many pieces are vintage or pre-loved, minor signs of wear or age may be present and are mentioned in the product description where applicable.

How do I find the right size?

Please check the product description, “Fits like” information, measurements and photos carefully before ordering. For any questions before purchasing, contact us at support@kartelfam.com.

How much is shipping?

Standard delivery within Greece costs €3.50. Shipping is free for orders of €60 or more.

Do you ship outside Greece?

At the moment, we ship within Greece only.

When will I receive my order?

Delivery times may vary depending on your area and the courier service. You will receive email updates once your order is being prepared and when it has been completed.

Can I return an item?

Yes. For online purchases, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving it. Please contact us at support@kartelfam.com with your order number before sending an item back.

Who pays for return shipping?

Unless an item is faulty, damaged or significantly different from its description, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Can I exchange an item?

As most of our pieces are one of a kind, a direct exchange for the same item may not always be possible. Contact us and we will do our best to help you find an alternative.
