2. Products

Kartel Fam offers vintage, pre-loved and one-of-a-kind clothing items. Each product is individually photographed, described and checked before being listed.

Due to the vintage nature of many items, signs of wear, minor imperfections or alterations may be present. Any notable condition details are stated in the product description where applicable.

Please review the product description, measurements, condition notes and photographs carefully before placing an order.

3. Prices and availability

All prices are displayed in EUR (€).

Products are generally unique and available while stock lasts. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it. An item is secured only once payment has been successfully completed and the order has been confirmed.

We make every effort to ensure that prices, product details and availability are accurate. In the event of an obvious technical, pricing or stock error, Kartel Fam may cancel the affected order and refund any payment received.

4. Orders

After placing an order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received it. This confirmation does not mean that your order has already been dispatched.

We reserve the right to cancel an order where payment cannot be verified, product availability is incorrect, delivery information is incomplete or a clear technical error has occurred.

5. Payments

Payments are processed through the secure payment methods available at checkout, including WooPayments and, where available, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Kartel Fam does not receive or store your full payment card details.

6. Shipping and delivery

We currently deliver orders within Greece only.

Standard delivery: €3.50
Free shipping: available for orders of €60 or more

Shipping options and final delivery costs are shown at checkout before payment is completed.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, courier service and other circumstances outside our control.

7. Returns, refunds and exchanges

For online purchases, consumers have the right to withdraw from their order within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, subject to the conditions in our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

Please contact us at support@kartelfam.com with your order number before sending an item back.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

8. Product condition and authenticity

All items are checked before listing. Vintage and pre-loved garments may show normal signs of age or previous wear. These characteristics are part of the nature of vintage clothing and do not automatically make an item faulty.

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or significantly different from its description, contact us as soon as possible at support@kartelfam.com with your order number and clear photographs.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including photographs, product descriptions, branding, logos, graphics and text, belongs to Kartel Fam or is used with permission.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use this content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

10. Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

11. Changes to these Terms

Kartel Fam may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version published on this page is the version that applies at the time of use or purchase.
